BCT Online Banking and Text Banking Enrollment Procedures

Customer must be enrolled in BCT's Online Banking service (formerly called NetTeller) to use online and text banking.  Online Banking can also be used on mobile devices using a browser, logging is as you would on a desktop computer using your personal or business BCT Online Banking ID and password.


Online Banking 

  1. Customers should login into BCT Online Banking (formerly NetTeller) using ID/password
  2. From home screen go to OPTIONS tab
  3. In this sub-menu, choose MOBILE SETTINGS
  4. Another sub-menu appears with 2 options: WEB and TEXT (you should notice that the system defaults to WEB) if not, click on WEB.
  5. Click on enable to get web access
  6. Click to receive text alerts for account activity such as confirmations on bill payments and money transfers.
  7. Enter mobile number
  8. Select mobile carrier
  9. Select accounts you want to access – customer should concentrate on checking and savings.
  10. Select submit
  11. An online agreement will appear. Once read, scroll to the bottom of the page and click AGREE.
  12. The customer will receive a text message to their mobile device. They should follow the URL that will be provided to access online banking. They should bookmark or save this URL.
  13. If a customer has an iPhone, they can download the BCT Mobile App and be directed to the NetTeller login page. Their mobile account is already established. They will be able to see all their accounts. Should they want to change that setting, they will need to go to the MOBILE SETTINGS tab and choose their accounts.


Text Banking

  1. Customers should login into BCT Online Banking (formerly NetTeller) using ID/password
  2. From home screen go to tab titled OPTIONS
  3. In this sub-menu, choose MOBILE SETTINGS
  4. Choose TEXT from the options in this sub-menu
  5. Click on enable
  6. Enter mobile number
  7. Give each account they wish to access a short nickname (example: home checking)
  8. Click submit
  9. An online agreement will appear. Once read, scroll to the bottom of the page and click AGREE.
  10. Customers will receive instructions to text a 5 digit number to another 5 digit number. (Their text message will give them both of these 5 digit numbers).
  11. It is suggested that the customer add this 5 digit number to their Contacts using a name easy to recall (example: BCT Mobile text)
  12. Customers can then text to the Contact and receive account information.
