Receive account statements and limited notices electronically

E-Statements are identical to your paper statements, but in image form.  They are delivered electronically through your BCT Personal Online Banking (formally NetTeller) rather than by physical mail.

E-Statements are stored online for 18 months. During that time, you may view, print, or save a copy to your computer for future reference.


To receive E-Statements:

Register online through your Personal Online Banking account or visit one of our Customer Service Representatives at any of our branches.  Here's how to receive your E-Statement:

  1. Login to BCT Personal Online Banking.
  2. Click on the E-Statements tab.
  3. Click on the Enrollment sub-tab.
  4. Complete the registration page. You will be asked for a valid e-mail address and to create a "security phrase".
  5. Once completed, select Enroll Now.
  6. After you have enrolled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Contact BCT if any information is incorrect.
When your new E-Statement is ready, you will receive an email from Bank of Charles Town notifying you that your E-Statement is now available to view. Your security phrase will show in the text of the email to authenticate that the email is from Bank of Charles Town.
