President/CEO
Main Office
Four year college degree in banking or finance related required or equivalent experience. Master’s in Business (MBA) or related field preferred. Strong background in banking with ten (10) years of direct experience preferred at the Executive Management level including Lending, Operations, Investment Portfolio Management, Profit Planning, Trust and Strategic Planning. Highly developed leadership skills in communications, decision making, planning and organization, and personnel management. Skill in oral communication to provide advice and guidance to others, obtain/provide information, access innovation approaches, brief senior management and the Board of Directors and conduct other oral presentations Ex. Stockholders meetings. Broad background in development of Bank policies and procedures. In depth knowledge of forecasting, data processing, communication and computer data processes. Highly developed customer relation and marketing skills. The ability to deal effectively and tactfully with all types of customers, out-of-bank associates and personnel from all departments of the Bank. Comprehensive knowledge of the community and banking industry in general including regulatory and compliance requirements. Knowledge of strategic planning, programming and budget execution. Ability to recruit highly qualified Board Candidates and maintain good relationships with fellow community bankers and primary trade organizations.
Mortgage Loan Officer Hagerstown, MD Four year college degree, or equivalent banking industry experience, required. Four years’ experience in secondary market lending.
Mortgage Loan Officer Support Associate
Main Office
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with at least 1 year of mortgage lending experience. If no mortgage lending experience is offered, must have at least 3 - 5 years financial services experience and a working knowledge of the mortgage lending process.
Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist
Main Office
Associates Degree in Accounting or at least 2-3 years of accounts payable/ accounting related experience.
Full-time Teller II
Hagerstown
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-3 years of experience.
Full-time Customer Service Representative
Main Office
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
